Civil Litigation Attorney
The Role
We’re seeking an Illinois-licensed attorney to handle civil litigation including personal injury, workers’ compensation, small claims, and arbitration. Salary is $75,000–$110,000 depending on experience. Future raises and a partnership track are negotiable based on performance.

- Paid Time Off
- After 3 months: 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
- After 1 year: 40 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
- After 2 years: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
- Paid Holidays — New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois bar license
- Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or civil litigation preferred
- Strong communication skills — our clients talk directly to their attorney, and that starts with you
- Someone who wants to build something, not just clock in
