Civil Litigation Attorney

The Role

We’re seeking an Illinois-licensed attorney to handle civil litigation including personal injury, workers’ compensation, small claims, and arbitration. Salary is $75,000–$110,000 depending on experience. Future raises and a partnership track are negotiable based on performance.

  • 401(k) — 3% firm match. Eligible after 1 year / 1,000 hours.
  • Flexible Spending Account — Medical (FSA) and dependent care (DCA). Pre-tax. Eligible after 3 months.
  • Paid Time Off
    • After 3 months: 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
    • After 1 year: 40 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
    • After 2 years: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 8 hours PTO, birthday off
  • Paid Holidays — New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Illinois bar license
  • Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or civil litigation preferred
  • Strong communication skills — our clients talk directly to their attorney, and that starts with you
  • Someone who wants to build something, not just clock in
